Three-Way Collaboration: Denim with Heart

From the 2018 denim antimicrobial mask pouch, to the 2022 W-cushion sleep pillow, and now the 2023 handcrafted denim bag — this marks the third collaboration between CSD and Sunshine Foundation’s “Weaving Love” team.

Each time CSD initiates a project, the team tells us how excited the burn survivors are to take on a new task. No haggling, no rush orders — just deep respect for their craftsmanship and a shared commitment to fair compensation and dignity in every stitch.

This year, with EDWIN joining the project, surplus denim fabric was upcycled into handcrafted bags — blending social care with environmental sustainability.
